The Philippines Institute of Transformational and Metaphysical Community, Inc. (PITMC, Inc.) was established in 2026 through the shared vision of its founders—Noel Lupai, Marissa Ann Dayag, and Jericho Ibanez—to create a legally recognized, non-stock, non-profit organization dedicated to transformational education, holistic development, community empowerment, and lifelong learning.
PITMC was founded in response to the growing need for an inclusive learning community that promotes ethical leadership, research, responsible metaphysical studies, personal growth, and community service. Its founders brought together their knowledge and experience to establish an organization where individuals can develop their knowledge, skills, purpose, and potential while making meaningful contributions to society.
Today, PITMC serves as a platform for education, collaboration, leadership development, research, volunteerism, and community engagement. Through its programs and membership opportunities, PITMC encourages individuals to become learners, volunteers, researchers, trainers, mentors, facilitators, and community leaders—guided by its commitment to Transform, Empower, Enrich, and Serve.
SEC Articles of Incorporation Primary Statement: PITMC Inc. aims to promote transformational education, holistic development, spiritual and personal enrichment, community empowerment, and social responsibility among individuals, families, organizations, and communities throughout the Philippines. The organization will conduct seminars, workshops, conferences, training programs, research, mentoring, coaching, and capacity-building activities. Additionally, it seeks to foster personal growth, ethical leadership, cultural awareness, wellness, lifelong learning, and sustainable community development. Additionally, PITMC Inc. intends to create and run various programs, centers, and projects focused on education, training, research, and community support that promote learning, charity, science, community growth, awareness, holistic health, spirituality, and metaphysical education, all in keeping with its non-profit status.
