Noel Tayaban Lupai is a licensed teacher and an experienced education professional currently serving as a Head Teacher in a public school. With years of experience in the field of education, he is committed to providing quality instruction, supporting teachers and learners, and contributing to the development of the school community. His leadership in the public education sector reflects his dedication to service, learning, and the continuous improvement of educational programs.
Beyond his career in education, Noel is also an entrepreneur actively engaged in various business ventures. He manages school canteen operations with two branches and is also a restaurant owner, demonstrating his skills in business management, operations, leadership, and entrepreneurship. His involvement in different industries has strengthened his practical experience in managing people, resources, and day-to-day organizational activities.
Noel is also the current President of Silangan-Veterans GUARDIAN PGBI, Inc., where he provides leadership and organizational direction while promoting unity, service, discipline, and community involvement. His experience in both educational and civic organizations has allowed him to develop a strong commitment to leadership and community service.
As one of the founders of the Philippines Institute of Transformational and Metaphysical Community, Inc. (PITMC), Noel serves as a Founder, Trustee, and Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, he contributes his leadership, educational experience, entrepreneurial perspective, and community-service background to the organization's vision of promoting transformational education, holistic development, lifelong learning, ethical leadership, and community empowerment. Through PITMC, he supports initiatives designed to encourage personal growth, education, leadership development, and meaningful community engagement.
