Marissa Ann G. Dayag is an experienced human resources, administration, training, marketing, and business development professional with a diverse background spanning human resource management, recruitment, student affairs, sales and marketing, operations, market research, and organizational administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Perpetual Help College of Laguna and has continuously developed her professional knowledge through various seminars and specialized training programs in human resources, business development, recruitment, sales, communication, worker benefits, live streaming, and organizational resiliency.
Her professional experience includes serving as Human Resources Head and Executive Assistant, where she has been involved in developing and administering human resource programs, personnel policies, compensation and evaluation programs, recruitment, employee orientation, employee relations, benefits administration, records management, organizational planning, and administrative operations. She has also worked as a Marketing and Training Officer and HR/Business Development Lead, supporting market research, business development, client partnerships, marketing initiatives, and strategies designed to create new business opportunities.
Her earlier professional experience includes work in sales and marketing management, student affairs and marketing, account management, telephone sales, coaching, and market research. In the education sector, she handled student admissions, profiling, documentation, orientation, on-the-job training, evaluation, assessments, promotional campaigns, career talks, events, and public speaking. Her market research experience also included conducting surveys and one-on-one interviews with senior executives and recruiting participants for focus group discussions.
