PITMC VOLUNTEER SERVICE AGREEMENT

By submitting this Volunteer Form, I voluntarily express my interest in serving as a volunteer of the Philippines Institute of Transformational and Metaphysical Community, Inc. (PITMC, Inc.) and agree to the following:

• I understand that PITMC volunteer service is based on voluntary participation and service in support of the organization's mission, vision, programs, and community initiatives.

• I am willing to contribute my time, skills, knowledge, experience, and reasonable effort to activities assigned or approved by PITMC.

• I agree to participate only in activities, programs, projects, outreach, training, research, seminars, workshops, fundraising activities, or other initiatives that are authorized or recognized by PITMC.

• I agree to uphold PITMC's values of integrity, compassion, empowerment, excellence, and service and to conduct myself professionally and respectfully.

• I agree to respect fellow volunteers, members, officers, facilitators, trainers, partners, beneficiaries, and members of the community regardless of their background or circumstances.

• I understand that volunteer assignments may include community outreach, educational activities, training support, research assistance, administrative support, events, fundraising initiatives, disaster/community response, documentation, and other activities appropriate to my qualifications and the needs of PITMC.

• I understand that volunteer assignments are subject to availability, qualifications, organizational needs, safety considerations, and approval by authorized PITMC representatives.

• I agree to follow applicable PITMC policies, procedures, instructions, safeguarding requirements, and reasonable safety protocols during volunteer activities.

• I agree to protect confidential information, personal information, organizational records, research materials, photographs, documents, and other information obtained through my volunteer service.

• I will not represent myself as an authorized officer, spokesperson, trainer, facilitator, representative, or official of PITMC unless such authority has been expressly granted.

• I will not use the PITMC name, logo, identification, documents, certificates, or other organizational materials for personal, commercial, political, fundraising, or other purposes without proper authorization.

• I understand that any fundraising, solicitation, collection, sponsorship activity, donation drive, or financial campaign conducted in the name of PITMC must have prior authorization from the appropriate PITMC authority and must comply with applicable organizational procedures.

• I understand that volunteer service does not automatically create an employer-employee relationship, compensation arrangement, professional appointment, or guaranteed employment with PITMC.

• I understand that volunteer service is distinct from PITMC membership or affiliation. Participation as a volunteer does not automatically change my membership or registration category unless separately approved and processed.

• I agree to properly account for and safeguard any PITMC property, funds, equipment, materials, documents, or resources entrusted to me.

• I agree to promptly report any incident, concern, conflict of interest, misuse of resources, or conduct that may adversely affect PITMC, its volunteers, members, partners, or beneficiaries.

• I understand that PITMC may review, modify, suspend, or terminate my volunteer assignment when necessary based on organizational needs, program requirements, conduct, safety, or applicable policies.

• I understand that submission of this Volunteer Form does not guarantee acceptance or assignment. Final acceptance and deployment shall be subject to PITMC review and confirmation.

• I certify that the information I provide in this form is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

VOLUNTARY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand that my participation is intended to support PITMC's commitment to:

By submitting this form, I confirm my willingness to serve responsibly and to follow the policies and legitimate instructions of PITMC during my volunteer engagement.
